Ford Motor Company is one of the oldest and most renowned car manufacturers in the world. Founded by Henry Ford in 1903, we have a rich history and have been a leading force in the automotive industry for over a century. Even today, Ford is a leading global car manufacturer with a wide range of models, including passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, and electric vehicles.
We hold ambitious aspirations for the future of Ford. By 2025, we are committed to offer a comprehensive lineup of nine fully electric car models to the market. Aligning with our vision, we have established a target to transition all our passenger vehicles to full electrification by 2030, followed by our commercial vehicles by 2035. Our commitment to sustainability also extends beyond our product offerings. We are determined to achieve CO2-neutrality across our entire European network, encompassing facilities, logistics, and suppliers, no later than 2035.
In Sweden, Ford is represented by Hedin Motor Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hedin Mobility Group. Currently, we have a dedicated team of approximately 50 people operating from our Stockholm offices, all united in our mission to bring the company into a future driven by electrification, innovation and sustainability.
