We are currently seeking a temporary Fleet Manager to take a key role in developing and driving our corporate sales within Hedin Electric Mobility, the official distributor of BYD (Build Your Dreams) in Sweden.
About the Role
As our Fleet Manager, you will work both operationally and strategically – from supporting our dealers in their sales efforts to shaping the direction of how we grow our corporate business. This is a broad role with great opportunities to influence both the business and our ways of working moving forward.
You will have many points of contact, both internally and externally. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the dealer network in corporate sales through coaching, training and business support
- Ensure the right offers, tools and routines are in place for B2B sales
- Set and drive the strategy for how we gain presence in company car policies, framework agreements, media and events
- Establish and develop relationships with leasing companies to influence residual values and leasing structures
- Identify and follow up business opportunities through lists and action plans
- Monitor public tenders, analyze requirements and develop appropriate model strategies
- Initiate and lead activities such as fleet days, customer events and media campaigns
The position is a fixed-term position for 6 months with the possibility for extension, starting as soon as possible. You will report to the Business Director for Hedin Electric Mobility.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Understanding of car policies, residual values, leasing terms, and public procurement
- Strong communication skills and experience in building relationships both internally and externally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in swedish and english
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- B-drivers license
You have a strategic mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture, while also being action-oriented and used to driving initiatives forward. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a strong business focus in everything you do.
